RecMobile

NCPRD's RecMobile program will not be available during the summer of 2026. NCPRD is facing ongoing budget reductions as expenses outpace revenues due to inflation and a tax rate that hasn't increased since 1990. Budget reductions have impacted recreation programs and events, and maintenance and irrigation across the district. We're working with the community to find a solution. For now, please join us and the RecMobile at NCPRD summer events, including Concerts in the Park and Movies in the Park. If you have any questions in the meantime, we’re happy to help—just reach out to us at recreation@ncprd.org.

About RecMobile

The traveling RecMobile visits NCPRD parks during summer months, providing children with the opportunity to engage in active play and socialize with their peers. Our dedicated Recreation Team will lead children aged 6-10 through a variety of exciting games, crafts, and sports activities. Each week will feature a new theme designed to promote active play and spark imaginations. This is a free, drop-in program for kids ages 6-10.
